Hello, and welcome!  I have had the privilege of serving here as pastor of Andrew Chapel Church since January 2025.  Originally from eastern Pennsylvania in the heart of Amish country, I grew up as a pastor’s kid in the United Methodist Church; since 2003, I’ve lived in Mississippi.  I’ve been married to my wonderful wife, Jessica, since 2010 after we were set up on a blind date by a mutual friend. We have three beautiful daughters: Elizabeth, Hannah, and Rebekah.  My wife operates a part-time sewing and alterations business, but primarily focuses on taking care of the kids at home.  I love hunting, fishing, sports, woodworking, gardening, and spending time with my family.  I follow Penn State football, Philadelphia Eagles football, and Philadelphia Phillies baseball.

I discerned my call to ministry from the early age of 12 or 13.  After receiving my undergraduate degree from Asbury University, I moved to Mississippi and worked for four years at an inner-city ministry called Voice of Calvary Ministries.  At that time, I discerned God’s call specifically into pastoral ministry.  So, I attended Wesley Biblical Seminary where I received my masters of divinity.  In 2011, I began serving as a pastor in the United Methodist Church, becoming an elder in 2022.  Over 13 years, I served four charges and five churches in multiple positions.

In 2024, I began to discern God called me away from the United Methodist Church due to the changes it made regarding human sexuality and marriage.  In December of 2024, I received a call to lead Andrew Chapel Church as pastor and accepted that call.  I currently hold the title of elder in the Global Methodist Church.  I give thanks to God for his faithfulness towards me throughout my ministry.

The future of Andrew Chapel Church is bright!  Although we are currently an older congregation at the moment, our foundation is strong, and we are eager to reach out into the community with the love of Jesus in our hearts and the gospel message on our lips.  I hope you come worship with us soon!
